If your vape isn’t hitting or seems like it’s “clogged”, try taking it outside and giving it a few good rips. Occasionally the oil can clog the vapor tube and it needs a good pull to open up the passage. The light on the bottom should come on when trying to hit the device.
H-bars are USB-C rechargeable, and while they all come out of the box fully charged, sometimes just plugging it in and giving the battery a boost for a few minutes will get it working ASAP.
