Holiday H-Bar FAQs
General Questions
What's the difference between the H-Bar and H-Bar Plus?
2g vs 1g, USB-C rechargeable, lasts about twice as long
How many flavors does Holiday make?
Ten flavors, each tuned to a different mood, from Day Trip to Nightcap, plus the bigger 2g rechargeable H-Bar Plus.
How do I use the Holiday H-Bar?
Slowly inhale your desired amount and allow 2-4 minutes for the full effect. The H-Bar is an all-in-one device: the battery recharges over USB-C and the window lets you see exactly how much oil is left. Do not attempt to refill or reuse the device once the oil is finished.
How should I store my H-Bar?
H-Bar devices work best at room temperature. Avoid leaving your H-Bar in extreme heat or bitter cold, and always keep cannabis products out of reach of children and pets.
H-Bar Troubleshooting
Why isn't my Holiday H-Bar hitting?
Take a few firm pulls to clear any clog. If it still won’t hit, charge it on a laptop or portable charger for 30 minutes, not a wall outlet or fast-charger.
My H-Bar stopped working. What do I do?
If it isn’t hitting or seems clogged, take a few firm pulls; oil can occasionally clog the vapor tube and a good pull opens the passage. The light on the bottom should come on when you draw. If it won’t charge (blinking light or no light), leave it plugged in for a full 8 hours. Still stuck? Contact the retailer you purchased from, or reach out to us for help.
What if my device is defective?
Failure rate is under 1%, but if you get a bad one, your dispensary will exchange it with the receipt and packaging.
What's the replacement policy for a defective device?
Covered (dispensary exchanges a full, non-working device with receipt + packaging).

Holiday H-Bar Plus

A 2g rechargeable, all-in-one THC vape from Holiday, offered in ten flavors at licensed dispensaries in MA, NY, and NJ.
How is it different from the H-Bar?
It holds 2g instead of 1g and recharges over USB-C, so it lasts about twice as long as the original.
How long does it last?
With a 2g tank, roughly twice as long as the 1g H-Bar. Exact sessions vary with how you draw.
How do I charge the H-Bar Plus?
Plug in any USB-C cable and watch the built-in battery indicator until it reads full.
Cannabis Terms
What is THC?
THC (tetrahydrocannabinol) is the main psychoactive compound in cannabis, the one that gets you high. It acts on your body’s CB1 and CB2 cannabinoid receptors.
What are cannabinoids?
The active compounds in cannabis. THC and CBD are the biggest; minor ones like THCV, CBG, and CBN appear in smaller amounts. They interact with your endocannabinoid system to influence mood, appetite, sleep, and more.
What is the endocannabinoid system?
A signaling network in your body, tied to appetite, sleep, mood, memory, and pain. Cannabinoids produce their effects by interacting with it.
What is THCV?
A minor cannabinoid. At low doses it acts differently from THC and is linked to a clearer-headed, appetite-curbing feel; at higher doses it turns more THC-like. Still emerging research.
What is CBG?
A non-intoxicating minor cannabinoid, sometimes called the “mother cannabinoid” since others form from it. No high on its own.
What is CBN?
A mild cannabinoid that forms as THC ages. Popularly linked to winding down, though the sleep research is still limited.
What is CBD?
A non-intoxicating cannabinoid that doesn’t get you high. It influences the endocannabinoid system indirectly rather than binding strongly to CB1.
Sativa vs. indica vs. hybrid?
The labels describe the plant, not the effects. Research found sativa- and indica-labeled samples genetically indistinct, with effects tracking terpene and cannabinoid content more than the label.
Does a sativa or indica label tell me how I'll feel?
Not reliably. Your experience depends more on the cannabinoids, terpenes, and your own body than the label.
