        • If your vape isn’t hitting or seems like it’s “clogged”, give it a few good pulls. Occasionally the oil can clog the vapor tube and it needs a good pull to open up the passage. The light on the bottom should come on when trying to hit the device.

          If you are having trouble charging your vape (experiencing a blinking light when plugged in, or no light turns on at all), try keeping it plugged into the charging port for a full 8 hours.
